Description: Sweet and mild floral notes. A great substitute to sugar to sweeten tea and coffee.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Acacia Honey may crystallise. Honey crystallisation is a natural process and the sign of high quality unprocessed honey.
Did you know?
To reverse crystallisation, place a jar (lidless) for 10 minutes into warm water, not over 35 degrees as it may affect the honey properties, vitamins and enzymes.
After a few minutes, the honey should return to a smoother and runnier texture.
