Banana smoothies are the best way to kick start the day!
Use almond or soya milk as an alternative to milk and yogurt.
- milk (250ml)
- non-fat Greek yogurt (125 ml)
- 2 medium-sized bananas
- 2 tablespoons of HoneyBerry Cinnamon, or more to taste
- Ground cinnamon for garnish
- In a blender, mix the milk, yogurt, bananas and HoneyBerry Cinnamon
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle cinnamon on the top
