Banana smoothie

Breakfast in a Glass, banana smoothie   

 

Banana smoothies are the best way to kick start the day!

Use almond or soya milk as an alternative to milk and yogurt.

2/3 servings

Ingredients:

  • milk (250ml)
  • non-fat Greek yogurt (125 ml)
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of HoneyBerry Cinnamon, or more to taste
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Method:

  • In a blender, mix the milk, yogurt, bananas and HoneyBerry Cinnamon
  • Pour into glasses and sprinkle cinnamon on the top
