A citrus and honey cocktail invented during the Prohibition to sweeten the harshness of gin.
Ingredients: 2 serving
- 50 cl of gin
- 20cl of fresh orange juice
- 20cl of fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of Raw Acacia Honey or HoneBerry Passion Fruit
- Ice cubes
- Orange and lemon slices
- Mint leaves to garnish (optional)
- Put and shake ingredients in shaker.
- Pour into glasses, add ice cubes, orange/lemon slices and fresh mint (optional) to garnish
