Cottage Cheese and Pears bruschetta

Sweet and fruity, enjoy this lovely bruschetta for lunch with a side salad or as a mid morning snack.







Sliced bread of your choice (ciabatta, baguette, seeded bread…)

Cottage cheese

1 small ripe pear

Raw Acacia Honey

Walnuts, optional


Wash and slice the pear. Spread the cottage cheese on the bread, add the sliced pear and drizzle with Raw Acacia Honey.
