Instead of Raw Acacia Honey why not try our Passion Fruit infused honey for a Mojito with an extra exotic touch.
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of Raw Acacia honey or Passion Fruit infused Honey (more to taste)
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 shot of white rum
- Club soda/ sparkling water
- Crushed ice/ice cubes
- Fresh mint and lime wedges for garnish
- Put the rum, mint leaves, lime juice, honey and a splash of sparkling water into glass. Muddle by mashing the ingredients together.
- Fill the glass about 1/2 of the way full with crushed ice/ice cubes, top off with sparkling water. Stir well and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
