Guilty not to indulge

Mustard and Honey vinaigrette

This flavoursome vinaigrette will complement any mixed salad of your choice, particularly nicoise salads and green leaf salads.










2 serving

3 tbsp of olive oil or sunflower oil

1 tbsp of red wine or balsamic vinegar

2 tsp of Dijon Mustard

1 tsp of Raw Acacia Honey or  HoneyBerry Chilli (for a subtle kick)

salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon, sliced chilli and aromatic herbs are optional


Combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Once mixed, drizzle over mixed salad of your choice.
